At Rancho Melendrez LLC outdoor venue and event rental , we specialize in hosting unforgettable quinceañeras, wedding receptions and ceremonies. Our beautiful outdoor setting provides the ideal backdrop for your special day.

We offer a range of packages tailored to your specific requirements. Each package includes venue rental, private parking for over an acre, a cozy small house with two dressing rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
Our property features a spacious patio adorned with string lights, a tiled dance floor measuring 20 feet by 40 feet, an elevated stage ideal for DJs or bands, and even gazebos, pergolas, an outdoor bar entertainment area, and a designated space for a photo booth. Additionally, we provide event insurance to safeguard against potential damages or injuries.
Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests.
We offer three standard packages, but we can also customize one to meet your unique needs. We have an extensive selection of decorations, backdrops, and tablecloths to choose from.
To provide an accurate estimate, kindly provide the anticipated number of guests attending. This information will enable us to generate a quote that includes tables and chairs.
Here’s a concise overview of our packages:
* The initial package encompasses venue rental, a small house, and event insurance.
* The second package includes the venue, event insurance, a small house, round tables, and white resin chairs.
* The third package includes the venue, event insurance, a small house, security personnel, portable restrooms, tables, tablecloths, table runners, centerpieces, silverware, chairs, and illuminated parking areas. We will also provide staff to arrange the tables and chairs and clean the venue after the event.
Prices may vary depending on the type of decorations you select.
Venue Rental Information:
Access to the property is permitted the day prior to the event, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The small house can be utilized for storing items such as beverages and decorations, or for rehearsal purposes.
On the day of the event, the gates will open at 8 a.m. and close at 1 a.m. All events must conclude by midnight. It is imperative that you remove all your personal belongings from the premises by 1 a.m. at the latest.
If you would like to arrange a tour of the venue, please inform us.
A $300 deposit reserves the event date. Payments are flexible and can be made at your convenience, provided that they are received within one week of the event date.
The venue encompasses an outdoor space with an expansive outdoor entertainment area. It also includes compact quarters equipped with a kitchen, two dressing rooms, and a single restroom. For guests exceeding the age of 60, a portable restroom is mandatory. Hourly rates are strictly enforced, commensurate with the actual number of hours rented. Kindly ensure that you allocate ample time to complete the setup and cleanup tasks within the rental period. Minimum 6 hourly rental
