We provide a minimum of six hours of rental for baby showers and gender reveals, and a full day rental for weddings and quinceañeras events.

Our comprehensive packages encompasses venue rental, private parking for an expansive acreage, a charming cottage featuring two dressing rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom.
Our property boasts an expansive patio adorned with string lights, a tiled dance floor measuring 20 feet by 40 feet, an elevated stage ideal for DJs or bands, and additional amenities such as gazebos, pergolas, a large outdoor bar entertainment area, and a designated space for a photo booth. Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests.
Hourly Rental for Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, and Family Reunions:
A minimum rental duration of six hours is mandatory. Hourly rates are strictly enforced based on the actual number of hours rented. Kindly ensure that you allocate ample time to complete the setup and cleanup tasks within the rental period.
Silver Package:
This package includes all-day venue rental, prior day access from 5 PM to 9 PM in a small house, and event insurance.
Gold Package:
This package includes all-day venue rental, prior day access from 5 PM to 9 PM in a small house, tables, chairs, and additional amenities.
Platinum Package:
This package includes all-day venue rental, prior day access from 5 PM to 9 PM in a small house security personnel, portable restrooms, tables, tablecloths, table runners, centerpieces, silverware, chairs, and illuminated parking areas. Additionally, staff will be available to arrange the tables and chairs and clean the venue after the event.
